Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic HR IT projects from initiation to delivery.
• Oversee the HCM project portfolio and balance priorities and resources.
• Drive portfolio planning, budgeting, and dependency management.
• Prepare materials for senior leaders and ensure portfolio transparency.
• Partner with HR, IT, and global stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Manage vendor collaboration and negotiations to maximize value.
• Champion continuous improvement of portfolio management practices.
