Hitachi ABB Power Grids in Kraków is seeking a seasoned PMO Specialist to help strengthen project governance, reporting, and change initiatives across a global IT organization. In this role you will partner with project teams and leaders to improve visibility, enable informed decisions, and support the adoption of new ways of working.

You will coordinate governance meetings, prepare updates and stakeholder communications, and drive change through training, adoption activities, and consistent PMO

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in PMO, Project Management, Organizational Change Management, Business Transformation, or a related field.
• Experience supporting project governance, reporting, and change initiatives.
• Experience preparing presentations, communications, and management reports.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience planning and delivering communication, training, or adoption activities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project and portfolio reporting, dashboards, and governance materials.
• Coordinate governance meetings and track actions and decisions.
• Prepare project updates, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
• Support change initiatives through communication, training, and adoption activities.
• Promote PMO standards, tools, and ways of working across the organization.
• Monitor key metrics and provide insights that support informed decisions.
• Work with stakeholders across the business to build alignment and engagement.
