Hitachi Energy in Kraków is seeking an experienced PMO Specialist to support project governance, reporting, and change initiatives across a global IT organization.

You will work with project teams and stakeholders to improve visibility, streamline decision-making, and drive adoption of new ways of working, ensuring successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PMO or project management experience.
• Experience supporting governance, reporting, and change initiatives.
• Experience preparing presentations and management reports.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project and portfolio reporting, dashboards, and governance materials.
• Coordinate governance meetings and track actions and decisions.
• Prepare project updates, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
• Support change initiatives through communication, training, and adoption activities.
• Promote PMO standards, tools, and ways of working across the organization.
• Monitor key metrics and provide insights that support informed decisions.

The opportunity

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience planning and delivering communication, training, or adoption activities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
