Job summary
Atos is looking for an experienced Platform Engineer - ServiceNow (Global Role) to join our global team and support the design, development, integration, security, and optimization of the ServiceNow AI Platform. You will build scalable platform capabilities, intelligent workflows, enterprise integrations, and AI-powered automation.
The role requires collaboration with architects, cybersecurity teams, data teams, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, scalable
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience.
- Strong experience in platform engineering, enterprise integration, application development, or automation.
- Knowledge of Workflow Data Fabric, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, MID Server, REST/SOAP APIs, Import Sets, Transform Maps.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and support ServiceNow platform capabilities across enterprise environments.
- Develop reusable platform services using App Engine, Flow Designer, Workflow Studio, scoped applications, and ServiceNow APIs.
- Design and implement integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and event-driven patterns.
- Support intelligent automation and AI capabilities such as Virtual Agent and AI Search.
- Collaborate with architects, cybersecurity teams, data teams, developers, and stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and participate in workshops, estimates, and pre-sales activities.
