Job summary

Atos is seeking an experienced CRM Engineer - ServiceNow to drive design and development of customer-centric solutions within our Global ServiceNow Portfolio. You will build and enhance CSM capabilities and AI-powered automation to improve engagement and efficiency.

You will collaborate with architects, product leaders, and engineering teams across regions to shape next-generation ServiceNow capabilities and accelerators for customer operations and digital experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience in enterprise or consulting environments.
• Strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and workflow automation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and IntegrationHub.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities including Now Assist and GenAI Skills.
• Knowledge of CMDB architecture, CSDM, and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across CSM, CRM workflows, and enterprise modules.
• Build and enhance customer service capabilities including case management and omnichannel engagement.
• Develop intelligent customer workflows leveraging Now AI capabilities.
• Configure and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, catalogs, and scoped apps.
• Design integrations with CRM platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Contribute to CMDB, CSDM, service modeling, and customer operations transformation.
• Participate in architecture discussions and governance activities while promoting engineering excellence.
• Support testing, deployment, upgrades, release management, and post-production stabilization.
