Job summary

Atos is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed AI Engineer – ServiceNow to drive AI-powered automation across global regions. You will design scalable solutions, collaborate with architects and business stakeholders, and deliver intelligent workflows leveraging Now Assist, GenAI, and AI Agents.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in ServiceNow development, strong JavaScript skills, and experience with ITSM/HRSD/CSM/ITOM. Location is Poland with a hybrid work model and opportunities for global impact.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions in enterprise or consulting environments.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules and AI capabilities.
• Proficient in JavaScript and Glide APIs; familiar with Flow Designer and UI policies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across enterprise modules.
• Build intelligent workflows using Now Assist, GenAI, AI Agents, AI Search and other tools.
• Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
