Job summary

Atos is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed AI Engineer – ServiceNow (global role) to drive AI-powered digital transformations. In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with architects, product leaders, and regional teams to design scalable platform capabilities and deliver intelligent automation across enterprise modules.

You will build reusable accelerators, integrate with REST/SOAP APIs, and ensure security and governance while guiding upgrades and production support.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and platform engineering.
• Hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow solutions in enterprise or consulting environments.
• Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, Service Catalog, or Custom Applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform across enterprise modules and custom applications.
• Build intelligent workflows using Now Assist, GenAI Skills, AI Agents, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and Flow Designer.
• Develop AI-powered automation solutions and conversational experiences that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
• Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, service catalogs, and integrations.
• Design and maintain scoped applications using ServiceNow Studio and platform best practices.
• Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and external enterprise platforms.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Contribute to development of reusable frameworks, accelerators, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Participate in architecture discussions, solution design workshops, and technical governance activities.
• Ensure adherence to development standards, security guidelines, and ServiceNow best practices.
• Support platform upgrades, release management activities, deployments, and production stabilization.
• Perform technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, testing, and defect resolution.
