Job summary

Atos is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed AI Engineer – ServiceNow to drive AI-powered transformation across global clients. You will design scalable solutions, build intelligent workflows, and collaborate with architects, product leaders, and engineering teams to deliver innovative, enterprise-grade automation on the ServiceNow platform.

This global role requires deep ServiceNow expertise, a passion for GenAI technologies, and strong English communication skills (B2 level).

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and platform engineering.
• Hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow solutions in enterprise or consulting environments.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
• Experience with ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, Service Catalog, or Custom Applications.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across enterprise modules and custom applications.
• Build intelligent workflows using Now Assist, GenAI Skills, AI Agents, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and Flow Designer.
• Develop AI-powered automation solutions and conversational experiences that improve operational efficiency.
• Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain scoped applications using ServiceNow Studio and platform best practices.
• Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and external platforms.
