Job summary

Atos is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer – ServiceNow to drive AI-powered automation across global clients. You will design scalable workflows, implement intelligent capabilities, and collaborate with architects, product leaders, and engineers across regions.

Responsibilities include building AI-driven automation, configuring ServiceNow modules, and contributing to reusable frameworks while maintaining best practices in security and governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ServiceNow development and platform engineering.
• Hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow solutions in enterprise or consulting environments.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and related modules.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across modules.
• Build intelligent workflows using Now Assist and GenAI capabilities.
• Integrate external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Ensure security, quality and adherence to best practices during deployments.
