Job summary

Growe is seeking an Account Manager for our payments and partner operations in Warsaw. You will manage payment providers from onboarding through ongoing cooperation, coordinate onboarding activities (KYC, docs, contracts, approvals), and maintain daily communications with partners.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in account/partner management, experience with onboarding processes, and solid knowledge of online payments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in account/partner management or similar operational roles.
• Experience coordinating onboarding, documentation, approvals, or partner processes.
• Understanding of online payments; experience in iGaming, PSP, fintech, or crypto is a plus.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Responsibilities

• Manage payment providers from onboarding to ongoing cooperation.
• Coordinate onboarding, including KYC, documentation, contracts, approvals, and cross-team communication.
• Maintain regular communication with payment partners and support day-to-day requests.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and BizDev to move provider-related processes forward.
• Assist in resolving payment-related cases including reconciliation and settlements.
• Develop knowledge of LATAM markets, local payment methods, and provider specifics.
• Organize multiple tasks independently and prioritize requests.
• Grow expertise within Payments and Account Management as scope expands.
