• At least 2+ years in payments, fintech, partnerships, operations, or related roles.
• Fluent in English; French or German written and spoken.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and activate new affiliates and partners, complete documentation and compliance.
• Coordinate partner enablement, trainings, and resource access.
• Maintain partner records across platforms for data integrity.
• Monitor partner performance and identify process improvements.
• Track dashboards and reports for data‑driven decisions.
• Collaborate with managers to drive day‑to‑day program execution.
