Job summary

Lever, Inc. seeks a hands-on Head of Operations to lead a growing multi-branch restaurant business in Poland.

You will partner with the CEO and regional managers to drive execution, profitability, and scalable systems across locations, focusing on dashboards, data, and process improvements. You will own operations, pricing, budgets, and new service opportunities, while developing leaders and building repeatable workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in operations or business management, leading multiple restaurant locations.
• Proven track record of improving processes, profitability and service quality.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, costs, margins and unit economics.
• Comfortable using data, dashboards, and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve performance across multiple restaurant branches through Area Managers and Branch Managers.
• Establish clear operating standards, accountability, and management routines.
• Own the online customer journey, pricing, promotions, and budgets.
• Develop scalable operating systems, dashboards, and automation.
• Coach managers to build capable teams and reduce escalation.
