Job summary

The Global Talent Co. is seeking a Head of Operations in Wrocław, Poland, to architect scalable processes with financial discipline. You will lead design, warehouse, assembly and service coordination teams, delivering on cost, speed, and scale while driving the company’s AI-enabled transformation.

As a senior leader, you will shape strategic development, manage budgets, and build an AI-native tech landscape to compete globally. English fluency required; Polish/German a plus.
