Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE or related
• 7+ years in software/data engineering with ownership of production data systems
• Strong Python and SQL skills; experience with cloud data warehouses
• Experience with CDC/streaming pipelines and data-intensive apps
• Fluent in Polish and advanced English; strong communication

Responsibilities

• Lead a small, senior data/reporting team and stay hands-on in pipelines
• Own accuracy of customer-facing reporting—imports, processing pipelines, reports, dashboards, and exports
• Build data platform: Snowflake CDC pipelines, DBT transformations, and data layers
• Engineer tooling for data honesty—reconciliation, drift detection, and point-in-time reconstruction
• Own compute and cost: optimize pipelines for speed and price; mentor the team
