Entrix Polska is seeking a Strategy & Business Ops Manager to own the planning rhythm and governance across the Polish business. You will coordinate with local and global teams, drive strategic projects across functions, and report to the Country Manager Poland.

The role requires 4+ years in strategy/ops roles in high-growth environments, strong analytical finance skills, and an entrepreneurial, proactive approach to scaling Entrix in Poland. Travel to international offices is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in strategy consulting or high-growth operations.
• Strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to build business plans and performance reporting from scratch.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across geographies without formal reporting lines.
• Excellent structuring and communication to turn ambiguity into clear materials and decisions.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive mindset with excitement to build Entrix’s business in a fast-scaling environment.
• High adaptability and comfort with change, learning and iteration in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the planning rhythm and governance processes end to end (business reviews, budgeting cycles, roadmapping, goal-setting).
• Lead strategic projects that cut across functions and geographies.
• Coordinate with Polish leadership and global functions (Munich) to keep the business focused and moving.
• Report to the Country Manager Poland, with a dotted line to Strategy & Business Ops Director.
• Travel for team summits and planning sessions across international offices.
