Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking an experienced Order to Cash Regional Operational Lead for North America Vaccines. You will manage end-to-end O2C processes across Credit, Collections, Disputes and Cash Application, leading hub operations and coordinating with LOC Finance and FRMC to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in end-to-end O2C operations, with SLAs/KPIs in shared service/hub environments.
• Hands-on SAP O2C user experience including FSCM Disputes, Credit Management, Collections and Cash Application.
• Experience leading front-line teams and project teams with KPI/SLAs.
• Familiarity with SOP/LSOP and internal control frameworks (ICFW) and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day O2C end-to-end operations for the assigned region, including Credit Management, Collections, Disputes and Cash Application.
• Lead Hub teams and coordinate with LOC Finance to drive KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to SOP/LSOP, control frameworks, and audit documentation.
• Coordinate with Tech, Treasury, C&C and external partners to resolve issues and drive improvements.
• Utilize data analytics to identify recurring issues and implement remediation actions.
• Support SAP O2C deployments, testing, and readiness activities.
