Job summary

Zoetis in Warszawa is hiring an O2C Junior Global Process Owner (m/f/x) to help shape global ways of working across Credit, Collections, Dispute Management, Cash Application, and Customer Master Data.

You will document processes, map and standardize workflows, and drive smaller enhancements while partnering with SMEs and operational teams.

The role emphasizes an analytical mindset, self-drive, and strong communication to support digital enablement and strategic O2C direction.

Qualifications

• Finance/Accounting experience in a Shared Services or BPO.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end O2C process.
• Experience with process mapping, standardization and optimization.
• Project management including UAT/testing and transitions.
• Experience with SAP Finance, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• Interest in process digitalization, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support global end-to-end process governance for O2C sub-processes with clear ownership.
• Build and maintain process architecture (maps/flowcharts, SOPs/work instructions) and handoffs.
• Identify improvement opportunities and deliver smaller enhancements end-to-end.
• Contribute to projects and releases as test coordinator.
• Partner with the O2C team, regional teams, SMEs, and adjacent functions to align on process decisions and adoption.
• Support digital enablement (automation/workflow/analytics/AI-enabled ideas) by defining requirements, validating outcomes, and documenting the new standard.
• Contribute to shaping the process vision and strategic direction for the O2C area in alignment with leadership.
