Job summary

ARCHE Consulting seeks an experienced O2C Manager to lead the Order to Cash process across multiple markets and to drive performance in AR, credit, collections and dispute management. You will mentor a growing O2C team while collaborating with senior finance stakeholders globally.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in AR/O2C, strong leadership, and a proven track record in process optimisation, automation and KPI delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Accounts Receivable / Order to Cash.
• Experience in a people management / leadership role.
• Experience in international environments (GBS/SSC/BPO or multi-location).
• Strong end-to-end O2C processes and AR operations knowledge.
• Proven in process optimisation, standardisation and automation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with senior teams.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Willingness to travel approx. 3 days per week.

We are currently looking for an experienced O2C Manager to join an international business environment and take responsibility for the management and development of the Order to Cash (O2C) process across multiple markets. This is a leadership role for someone who combines strong finance expertise, people leadership skills, and a passion for process improvement and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) process across multiple markets.
• Oversee key areas including Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, Collections, Cash Application and Dispute Management.
• Take ownership of operational performance, service quality, efficiency and process KPIs.
• Monitor performance indicators, identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Act as a key point of contact for senior finance and business stakeholders across international markets.
• Lead initiatives focused on process standardisation, automation and continuous improvement.
• Support transformation projects and the implementation of new technologies and digital solutions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and relevant financial regulations.
• Lead, develop and motivate a team of O2C professionals, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage priorities, workload and performance while supporting the professional development of team members.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Order to Cash.
• Several years of experience in a people management / leadership role.
• Experience working in an international environment, preferably within GBS, SSC, BPO or multi-location structures.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end O2C processes and Accounts Receivable operations.
• Proven experience in process optimisation, standardisation and automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with KPIs and operational data.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with senior-level stakeholders.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Willingness and availability to travel on a regular basis – approximately 3 days per week.
