Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking a seasoned program leader to drive the Order to Cash deployment across markets. You will translate strategic priorities into a scalable, consistent deployment model and oversee cross-functional delivery.

You will act as a strategic partner to the O2C Product organization, align global processes with local execution, manage risks, and build deployment capabilities to support the company’s transformation.

Qualifications

University degree in finance or related field.
10+ years in finance, preferably O2C, including 6+ years in people management.
Change and Project Management certification or training.
Lean and Six Sigma certification is an asset.
Experience implementing AI strategy and AI-enabled solutions.
Data-driven decision making and executive stakeholder engagement.
Risk management and governance experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the O2C deployment program across markets and initiatives.
Ensure strategic priorities translate into a scalable deployment model.
Oversee program delivery, governance, cross-functional alignment, and risk management.
Partner with the O2C Product organization to translate vision into deployments.
Establish feedback loop between deployments and product teams to influence roadmap.
