Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking an experienced P2P and O2C Subject Matter Expert to drive KPI performance for the Americas Markets and collaborate with a remote GSK Operations Team (BPO) to resolve issues efficiently. The role requires strong P2P/O2C process knowledge and SAP/S4Hana expertise, with a focus on global process improvements and controls.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in P2P and O2C activities.
ERP / SAP / S4Hana proficiency is an added advantage.
Experience with BPO/Shared Service Centre environments.

Responsibilities

Monitor KPIs/SLAs for Americas Markets and clusters.
Collaborate with GSK Operations Team (BPO) to resolve issues.
Provide trainings and process documentation as needed.
Analyze processes, identify gaps, and mitigate risks.
