Job summary

ARCHE Consulting seeks an experienced O2C Manager to lead the Order to Cash process across multiple markets and to drive performance in AR, credit, collections and dispute management. You will mentor a growing O2C team while collaborating with senior finance stakeholders globally.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in AR/O2C, strong leadership, and a proven track record in process optimisation, automation and KPI delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Accounts Receivable / Order to Cash.
• Experience in a people management / leadership role.
• Experience in international environments (GBS/SSC/BPO or multi-location).
• Strong end-to-end O2C processes and AR operations knowledge.
• Proven in process optimisation, standardisation and automation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with senior teams.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Willingness to travel approx. 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end O2C process across multiple markets.
• Oversee AR, credit, collections, cash application and dispute management.
• Own operational performance, service quality, efficiency and KPIs.
• Monitor KPIs, identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Act as primary contact for senior finance stakeholders across markets.
• Lead standardisation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support transformation projects and new digital solutions.
• Ensure internal controls and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and motivate a team of O2C professionals; manage workloads.
• Support professional development and performance of team members.
