Magnum Icc Sweden Supply Ab is seeking a Payroll SME for the Nordics and Lithuania to act as the regional payroll expert, partnering with external vendors to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing across multiple jurisdictions. You will drive governance, controls, and process improvements in a multinational setting.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2+ years in payroll operations, experience with multi-country payrolls, and strong Excel skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of payroll operations in multinational environments.
• Experience managing international payrolls, preferably Nordics/Lithuania.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, vendor management, and audit requirements.
• Familiarity with external payroll providers (EY, ADP, SD Worx) and SOX controls.
• Advanced Excel and payroll systems knowledge; Workday is a plus.
• Fluent English; Nordic language skills are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for Nordics and Lithuania.
• Manage payroll vendors, governance meetings, and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, tax, and SOX controls.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal and external providers.
• Identify process improvements and drive automation initiatives.
