Job summary

Avient Corporation seeks a Payroll Specialist to join the EMEA payroll team. You will oversee payroll processing, payroll taxes, and benefits payments for Germany, the Nordics and the Netherlands, with potential expansion to additional countries.

You will manage regular and irregular payments, participate in year-end activities, and support system improvements and projects across the EMEA region. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree.
• Minimum 5 years’ payroll experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll transactions for assigned geographies (Germany, Nordics, Netherlands).
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including regular and irregular payments.
• Handle related time and attendance transactions.
• Administer the Employers Pension scheme.
• Conduct regular audits for data accuracy and compliance.
• Support audits by internal and external stakeholders.
