The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking an experienced International Payroll Specialist to oversee payroll processing across multiple entities and countries. You will partner with external vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery.

You will bring at least 5 years in payroll, strong knowledge of SOX controls, and fluent English. This role offers flexible work options and opportunities to drive payroll governance and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of payroll operations experience in a multinational setup.
• Strong knowledge of payroll governance, SOX controls and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end international payroll processing for designated entities.
• Coordinate with external vendors for governance, SLAs, and issue resolution.
• Ensure accuracy of gross-to-net calculations and statutory reporting.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and Legal to align policies and controls.
• Identify process improvements and support payroll system enhancements.
