Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Co. is seeking an experienced International Payroll Specialist to act as the key liaison with external payroll vendors and to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing across designated entities.

You will drive governance, controls, and collaboration with HR, Finance, and Legal teams in a multinational setting. The role requires solid payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of payroll operations experience in a multinational environment.
• Experience with international payroll and external payroll providers.
• Strong knowledge of SOX controls and payroll governance.

Responsibilities

• Vendor management: primary contact for payroll vendor queries and governance.
• Payroll operations: oversee end-to-end payroll processing across entities.
• Compliance & controls: ensure local laws, tax and audits compliance.
• Stakeholder collaboration: work with HR, Finance and Legal on reconciliations.
• Continuous improvement: drive automation and process standardization.
