Job summary

Magnum Icc Sweden Supply Ab seeks an International Payroll Specialist to act as the main liaison with payroll vendor(s) and drive accurate, timely payroll processing across multiple entities. The role requires strong payroll experience in a complex multinational setup.

Responsibilities include end-to-end payroll operations, strict compliance with local laws and SOX controls, and collaboration with HR, Finance and Legal to ensure policy alignment and governance. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in payroll operations in a multinational environment.
• Fluent English and strong knowledge of payroll governance and SOX controls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for payroll vendor(s) and manage service delivery.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for designated entities internationally.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, tax rules, and SOX controls.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and Legal to ensure accurate payroll.
• Identify and implement process improvements for payroll accuracy and efficiency.
