Job summary

BYD Polska is seeking a Service Digitalization Specialist to drive after-sales digital transformation for NEV products. You will implement and integrate core systems such as DMS, SAP, WMS, and OMS, and collaborate with front-line teams and dealers to raise efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in system support or digital projects within automotive after-sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in system support, software development, or digital transformation in the automotive after-sales.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#) and experience with system integration, SQL, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with REST API, SOAP, and integration technologies.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze after-sales processes and design system solutions for frontline teams and dealers.
• Implement and integrate DMS, SAP, WMS, OMS, and related systems.
• Analyze data and develop reporting to improve decision making and operations.
• Provide training and technical guidance to staff and dealers.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in NEV after-sales digitalization.
