Job summary

BYD Europe is seeking an experienced Aftersales leader to ensure national service network excellence and profitability. You will drive customer experience improvements, lead Area Service Managers, and coordinate cross-functional projects across BYD Europe and Headquarters.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, KPI-driven execution, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Polish and English is required for collaboration with local partners and EU

Qualifications

5+ years in automotive aftersales operations or network management.
Strong understanding of NPS, workshop KPIs, and automotive processes.
Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance.
Project management with structured execution and follow-up.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Fluent in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

Oversee service network performance and profitability and drive improvements.
Lead Area Service Managers, set objectives, monitor results, and supervise actions.
Coordinate day-to-day aftersales operations including support, warranty, and parts.
Manage strategic aftersales projects from planning through execution.
Assist dealer partners on escalation, issues, and cross-functional coordination.
