Job summary

BYD Europe BV in Poland seeks an experienced after-sales trainer to drive OEM-aligned training for the automotive sector. You will deliver on-site distributor training across Poland, manage course materials, and coordinate programs with engineers to document real-world cases.

The role requires travel within Poland, strong English/Polish communication, and a passion for New Energy Vehicles. Occasional trips to China may be required.

Qualifications

• College degree or above with at least 5 years in automotive consulting/training.
• Enthusiasm for New Energy Vehicle and training work.
• Fluent Polish and English; able to deliver English lectures and overseas technical communication.
• Experience in after-sales training and technical consulting for high-end automotive brands and EVs.
• Rigorous logical thinking and strong communication/coordination skills.
• Willing and able to travel across Poland; travel to China may be required.

Responsibilities

• Training Execution and On-site Training: provide on-site training to distributors across Poland.
• Course Material Management: oversee tracking and preparation of course materials.
• Post-Training Evaluation: implement and evaluate training courses and analyze trainee feedback.
• Technical Collaboration: work with engineers to collect automotive technical cases and enrich training content.
• Course and Training Plan Development: develop courses and comprehensive training plans aligned with industry needs.
• Skills and Knowledge Enhancement: continuously update your own automotive knowledge and training methods.
• Support for Technical Events: assist with skills competitions and other technical activities.
