Job summary

BYD Polska seeks an experienced training specialist to drive on-site programs across Poland in the automotive sector. You will coordinate training execution, develop course materials, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with industry needs.

Responsibilities include evaluating outcomes, refining content with engineers, and supporting technical events while traveling across the country as needed.

Qualifications

• College degree or above; at least 5 years in automotive consulting.
• Fluent English and Polish; capable of English lectures and overseas communication.
• Experience in after-sales training and technical consulting for automotive brands.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site training to distributors across Poland.
• Manage and update course materials for industry relevance.
• Implement and evaluate training programs post-delivery.
• Analyze trainee feedback for content improvement.
• Collaborate with engineers to document automotive cases.
• Develop and refine training plans aligned with goals.
• Keep skills up-to-date on automotive products and tech.
• Support technical events and skills competitions.
