Job summary

SoftwareOne Deutschland GmbH is seeking a M365 Specialist to support and enhance Microsoft 365 services for customers in an international environment. You will work with users, technical teams, and cloud technologies to deliver a seamless digital workplace while growing your expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem.

You will collaborate with colleagues on incidents, onboarding, licensing, and access management, with an on-site role in Warsaw, Poland.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting users in IT support, service desk, infrastructure, or cloud environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 technologies such as Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, or Entra ID.
• Understanding of core IT concepts including user administration, authentication, permissions, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and develop technical expertise.
• Organized and detail-oriented approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID).
• Investigate and resolve incidents and service requests with a focus on user experience.
• Support onboarding, account administration, licensing, and access management tasks.

As our new M365 Specialist, you will play an important role in supporting and enhancing Microsoft 365 services for our customers. You will work closely with users, technical teams, and cloud technologies to deliver a seamless digital workplace experience while continuously expanding your knowledge across the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
• Investigate and resolve technical incidents and service requests while ensuring an excellent user experience.
• Support user onboarding, account administration, licensing, and access management activities.
• Collaborate with experienced colleagues to troubleshoot more complex technical issues and implement service improvements.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives, documentation, and operational best practices.
• Participate in Microsoft 365 projects, migrations, and ongoing service enhancement activities.

What we need to see from you
