Job summary

Qualifications
- Degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID or File Services.
- Good knowledge of: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Teams.
- Entra ID administration.
- Windows file services, permissions and Azure Files.
- Understanding of ITSM processes, security practices and change management.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Support and administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams and Entra ID.
- Troubleshoot incidents and service requests related to identity, access, mail flow and file services.
- Support hybrid Exchange environments, mailbox management, migrations and synchronization.
- Maintain security and compliance controls, including MFA, Conditional Access and access permissions.
- Develop automation, reporting and operational improvements using PowerShell, Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.
- Maintain documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles.
- Collaborate with IT teams, Cyber Security, suppliers and business stakeholders.
