Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform specialist to join our Microsoft Business Applications Competency Center in Poland. You will design and implement solution architectures for large, complex environments, aligning technical delivery with business goals.

You will mentor colleagues, analyze requirements, ensure project quality, and support architectural documentation. Fluency in English and Polish is essential, with Poland-based residency required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and/or Power Platform.
• Designing solutions for large and complex IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules.
• Experience with integrations using Azure services.

Responsibilities

The Microsoft Business Applications Competency Center at Sii brings together a team of over 100 experienced professionals specializing in architecture, consulting, and software development. We work with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and deliver projects for international clients across various industries, including finance, services, manufacturing, and retail.

Your tasks

• Acting as a subject-matter expert and advising clients on digital transformation strategies
• Designing and developing solution architecture based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform
• Analyzing business and technical requirements and recommending best practices
• Overseeing the technical quality of delivered solutions, identifying risks and potential issues

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and/or Power Platform
• Practical experience in designing solutions for large and complex IT environments
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules
• Familiarity with Power Platform, e.g., Model-driven Apps, Power Automate
• Experience with integrations using Azure servicesi
• Very good command of English (spoken and written), enabling smooth communication
• Fluent in Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
