Job summary

Security Masters in Warsaw is seeking an Engineer in Tier 3 Support to manage and optimize Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and Intune. You will handle complex incidents, design solutions, and mentor juniors in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 and cloud environment administration.
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD, and Intune.
• Experience in process automation using PowerShell and administrative scripting.
• Knowledge of security and compliance principles in Microsoft 365 environments.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level.

As an Engineer in Tier 3 Support, you will handle the most advancedtasks — designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft 365environments. Your responsibilities will include resolving complexincidents, optimizing client systems, and advising on best practicesfor security and configuration. You will collaborate withadministrators, the project team, and the sales department to createbusiness-driven technical solutions.
