Sii Poland in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics CRM Consultant to join our team. You will deliver solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

The role emphasizes architecture design, QA, and documentation, with strong emphasis on security, scalability, and performance. You will work with Visual Studio, C#, Azure DevOps, and Power Platform components to implement

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in consultancy or advisory roles focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
• Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Strong SDLC experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies; familiarity with Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Leading design and implementation of solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
• QA through testing, defect resolution, and documentation processes.
• Producing technical documentation to support delivery and handover to clients or third parties.
• Identifying gaps in customer requirements and designing G365/Power Platform solutions.
• Implementing secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Dynamics CRM Consultant to join our team in Warsaw. You will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, stakeholders, and team members to drive successful project outcomes. Your tasks

• Leading the design and implementation of solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform
• Conducting thorough quality assurance through testing, defect resolution, and documentation processes
• Producing clear and concise technical documentation to support delivery workloads and facilitate handover to clients or third parties
• Identifying gaps in customer requirements and designing solutions that complement D365 and Power Platform capabilities
• Implementing solutions with a focus on security, quality, budget, scalability, flexibility, and longevity
• Utilizing programming skills in Visual Studio, C#, and other relevant languages to develop custom connectors and plugins
• Managing projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies, including Azure DevOps for backlog management and source control
• Writing user stories and acceptance criteria, breaking them down into tasks, and estimating accordingly throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in consultancy or advisory roles, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform
• Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE applications, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Strong experience in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and familiarity with both waterfall and agile methodologies
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Contact Center
• Advanced level of English

Nice to have

• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java/TypeScript, and experience with Visual Studio and Power Query
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and experience in data migration and integration strategies
• Certifications such as PL-400, MB-280, AB-410 related to the Power Platform
