Job summary

SoftwareOne in Warsaw, Poland is seeking a motivated M365 Specialist to support and enhance Microsoft 365 services for customers. You will work with users, technical teams, and cloud technologies to deliver a seamless digital workplace while expanding your Microsoft ecosystem knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve technical incidents and service requests ensuring excellent user experience.
• Support user onboarding, account administration, licensing, and access management activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot complex issues and implement service improvements.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing, documentation, and best practices.
• Participate in Microsoft 365 projects, migrations, and ongoing service enhancement.

As our new M365 Specialist, you will play an important role in supporting and enhancing Microsoft 365 services for our customers. You will work closely with users, technical teams, and cloud technologies to deliver a seamless digital workplace experience while continuously expanding your knowledge across the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
• Investigate and resolve technical incidents and service requests while ensuring an excellent user experience.
• Support user onboarding, account administration, licensing, and access management activities.
• Collaborate with experienced colleagues to troubleshoot more complex technical issues and implement service improvements.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives, documentation, and operational best practices.
• Participate in Microsoft 365 projects, migrations, and ongoing service enhancement activities.

Job Requirements

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 technologies such as Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, or Entra ID.
• Experience supporting users in an IT support, service desk, infrastructure, or cloud environment.
• Understanding of core IT concepts including user administration, authentication, permissions, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and develop technical expertise.
• Organized and detail-oriented approach to problem solving.

Nice to have: Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, AZ-900, or related Microsoft learning achievements.
