Sii Poland, part of the Microsoft Business Applications Competency Center, hosts a team of experts delivering Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions for international clients across finance, services, manufacturing, and retail.

The role centers on architecture design, advising clients on digital transformation, ensuring technical quality, mentoring teammates, and creating documentation for complex IT environments.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and/or Power Platform.
Experience designing solutions for large, complex IT environments.
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM modules.
Familiarity with Power Platform, e.g., Model-driven Apps, Power Automate.
Experience with integrations using Azure services.
Very good command of English (spoken and written).
Fluent in Polish.
Residing in Poland.

The Microsoft Business Applications Competency Center at Sii brings together a team of over 100 experienced professionals specializing in architecture, consulting, and software development. We work with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and deliver projects for international clients across various industries, including finance, services, manufacturing, and retail.

Your tasks

Acting as a subject-matter expert and advising clients on digital transformation strategies
Designing and developing solution architecture based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and/or Power Platform
Practical experience in designing solutions for large and complex IT environments
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules
Familiarity with Power Platform, e.g., Model-driven Apps, Power Automate
Experience with integrations using Azure services
Very good command of English (spoken and written), enabling smooth communication
Fluent in Polish required
