Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Warszawa is seeking a proactive coordinator to supervise the exception handling process within the branch, focusing on claims and service disruptions and to coordinate the Claims and Service Disruptions Team (Domestic Operations Team).

You will maintain accurate documentation, manage inquiries from customers, carriers, and couriers, and strive to minimize quality and financial impacts while delivering high-quality service in a dynamic market.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the exception handling process within the branch (claims and service disruptions)
• Coordinating the work of the Claims and Service Disruptions Team (Domestic Operations Team)
• Minimizing the quality and financial impact of process-related issues
• Maintaining accurate documentation related to exceptions, disposal, and destruction processes
• Organizing official parcel opening procedures conducted by a designated committee
• Handling inquiries and maintaining contact with customers, carriers, and couriers within the assigned scope to ensure the highest quality of service and resolve operational issues efficiently.
