DSV in Poland seeks an Operations Coordinator to oversee ongoing transport service activities in the Dolny Śląsk region. You will help secure fleet capacity, optimize resources, and deliver reliable service for customers and carriers.

You'll work with TMS systems, maintain data accuracy, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role emphasizes swift issue resolution, teamwork, and a proactive approach to meet quality standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work in a three-shift system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially MS Excel)
• Effective management of time, resources, and equipment
• Accountability for own actions and their outcomes

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ongoing transport service operations in the Dolny Śląsk region by ensuring fleet capacity availability and optimal utilization of transport resources.
• Ensure high-quality customer service through effective operational cooperation with carriers and couriers.
• Resolve day-to-day customer operational issues in line with DSV quality standards.
• Participate in the development of a Lean culture.
• Operate TMS systems and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Identify the quality and operational needs of internal and external customers and propose innovative solutions.
