DSV – Global transport and logistics in Sosnowiec seeks an experienced logistics professional to shape and develop the Collection and Distribution model at central level, ensuring consistency and efficiency across units. You will own key processes, drive changes, and promote best practices while coordinating across locations.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a track record of managing large-scale logistics operations with data-driven KPI focus.

Responsibilities

• Shape and develop the operational model for the Collection and Distribution division at central level.
• Own key operational processes and ensure consistency and efficiency across units.
• Ensure uniform operational standards and high efficiency across the network.
• Initiate and lead operational changes with local teams.
• Identify and promote best operational practices within the organisation.
• Play an active role in integration, combining models, teams and methods into a coherent system.
• Coordinate cooperation between local structures to establish a common standard of operation.
• Ensure continuity and stability during organisational changes.
• Support teams in adapting to new solutions and building a consistent approach to objectives.
