You will work with carriers and couriers to deliver high-quality service, resolve day-to-day issues, and contribute to Lean culture, with a focus on data accuracy in TMS systems.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordination of ongoing transport service operations in the Dolny Śląsk region by ensuring the availability of the required fleet capacity and the optimal utilization of transport resources.
• Ensuring high-quality customer service through effective operational cooperation with carriers and couriers.
• Resolving day-to-day customer operational issues in line with DSV quality standards.
• Participating in the development of a Lean culture.
• Operating TMS systems and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Identifying the quality and operational needs of internal and external customers and proposing innovative solutions.
