Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics is looking for a customer service-focused specialist in Wrocław to ensure process compliance for assigned customers and to execute orders in line with customer needs and company standards.

You will support customers with information, assist in quotations for non-standard services, and verify settlements. The role involves collaboration with other departments and both domestic and international branches.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is welcome, preferably in TSL or related industry.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Good command of Polish and English.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, unpredictable environment.
• Strong collaboration with colleagues across departments.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance of the process carried out for the assigned customers.
• Ensuring the execution of orders in accordance with customer needs and company standards.
• Supporting customers by providing information and seeking solutions.
• Participating in the preparation of quotations for non-standard services.
• Verifying the accuracy of settlements with customers.
• Participating in the complaint handling process.
• Maintaining data accuracy in the system.
• Ongoing communication with other departments, domestic and international branches.
