Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics in Warsaw seeks a logistics coordinator to manage the ongoing transport execution, ensure fleet availability, and optimize utilization. You will work with carriers and drivers to deliver high-quality service and resolve daily operational issues.

The role requires MS Excel proficiency, TMS experience, and the ability to adapt to a three-shift system, with a strong focus on Lean culture and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work in a three-shift system.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
• Ability to effectively manage time, resources, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the ongoing execution of transport services by ensuring fleet availability and optimizing utilization.
• Maintain high-quality customer service through cooperation with carriers and drivers.
• Resolve day-to-day customer operational issues in line with quality standards.
• Participate in building and promoting a Lean culture.
• Operate Transport Management Systems (TMS).
• Identify customer needs and propose innovative solutions.
