Job summary

Signify is seeking a Key Account Manager for Architects & Specifiers in Poland to drive specification business by building strong relationships with architects, lighting designers, consultants, and other influencers. You will promote Signify’s innovations and ensure integration into tender documents and design briefs.

You will combine technical lighting knowledge with consultative engagement, acting as a bridge between design vision and Signify’s solutions while growing the specification

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or a sustainability related technical field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in lighting specification, architectural lighting design, or sales support within the lighting industry.
• Certifications related to lighting application design or sustainability are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promotes Signify’s professional lighting portfolio through presentations, workshops, and design consultations.
• Engages with architects, consultants, and lighting designers to influence project specifications and tender documents.
• Creates demand by securing specifications and influencing lighting project designs.
• Provides expert guidance on lighting applications, design principles, and standards.
• Collaborates with product teams to propose technically sound and aesthetic lighting solutions.
• Tracks specification activities and coordinates with sales and marketing to align efforts with business goals.
