Job summary

Philips Lighting Spain SL. is seeking a Development Engineer for R&D in Kętrzyn, Poland. This role involves designing and developing lighting fixture elements, supporting mechanical component design, and participating in R&D projects.

Job Description

Development Engineer – R&D Outdoor, Kętrzyn, Poland.

• Design and develop lighting fixture elements and produce prototypes.
• Support the mechanical component design of fixtures.
• Configure fixtures from the electrical point of view.
• Participate in research and development projects.
• Assist with bringing new products to production.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers on development projects.

Ideal Candidate

• Student or graduate in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Interested in R&D and lighting fixture design.
• Basic knowledge of 3D design software.
• Willing to learn and gain practical experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Ready to work in Kętrzyn (preferred candidates from Kętrzyn or nearby areas).
