Job summary

Deltalight is seeking a driven Business Development Manager for Poland to prospect and cultivate relationships within the design community, promoting high-end architectural lighting solutions for regional projects.

You will collaborate with the Area Manager, target specifiers, and contractors, present lighting concepts, and support tender processes to meet turnover goals while traveling to HQ as needed.

Qualifications

• Background in architectural, lighting, electrical or similar technical field.
• Experience and network in architectural and design community.
• Good analytical skills.
• Fluent Polish and English; other languages are plus.
• Knowledge of lighting design.

Responsibilities

• Define a strategy with the Area Manager to achieve budget and goals.
• Identify specifiers in the region and support them to increase Deltalight efficiency.
• Propose actions to increase brand awareness and act as ambassador.
• Build relationships with architects, interior & lighting designers, landscape architects.
• Follow up with stakeholders: investors, specifiers, distributors, contractors.
• Prepare quantities, technical submittals and quotations for projects and tenders.
• Travel to Deltalight HQ with specifiers.
