eTeam is seeking a Payroll Specialist in Wrocław to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for thousands of employees. You will liaise with third-party vendors, manage sick leave workflows, and review payroll calculations while maintaining exceptional service levels.

The role requires knowledge of Polish payroll regulations, strong problem-solving skills, and fluency in English. B2B options may be considered, with a 12-month fixed-term contract in the Polish market.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Polish working time, tax, and social security regulations would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Distribute payroll-related documents.
• Cooperate with third-party vendors.
• Manage the sick leave process, including recording sick leave in the system and coordinating supporting documentation.
• Review payroll calculations for approximately 3,000 employees.
• Resolve queries related to salary payments and payroll processing.
• Contribute fully to team activities and share responsibility for team goals.
• Work with the Payroll Manager to identify and prioritize development and learning opportunities.
• Maintain a strong client/customer focus by taking personal responsibility for commitments, removing barriers to effective delivery, and going the extra mile to meet critical customer needs.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the team and across, proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer service delivery.
• Help strengthen reputation for excellent internal and external customer service by responding courteously to queries
• Support ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
• Provide additional support to the Payroll Manager and Payroll Team as needed.
