Mettler Toledo AG is seeking a Junior Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join our local HR team in Poland. The role supports payroll and employee benefits for 900 employees, ensuring accurate processing, timely reporting, and regulatory compliance under Polish labor laws.

You will collaborate with payroll staff, external providers, and HR administration to ensure smooth payroll cycles, proper benefits management, and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Help maintain payroll records and HR documentation.
• Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
• Respond to employee questions related to payroll, benefits and time & attendance.
• Assist in preparing reports related to payroll, benefits and time tracking data.
• Support audits and payroll-related reconciliations as needed.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Job description

We are looking for a person to join our local HR team for the position of Junior Payroll and Benefits Specialist. The whole HR team consists of 6 people and supports 900 employees of a Polish company in the field of HR, in accordance with Polish labor laws, rules and regulations. The Junior Payroll and Benefits Specialist supports the payroll and employee benefits functions by assisting with accurate and timely payroll processing, benefits administration, time & attendance and compliance. This role works closely with payroll staff, external payroll supplier and HR administration to ensure: Employees are paid correctly, Benefit programs and time & attendance are effectively managed.
