Job description

Payroll Expert is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for employees in Poland, in compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.

Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end payroll for Poland using ADP GlobalView, validate input data (time, absences, benefits, deductions) and ensure compliance with Polish labor law, social security, and tax regulations.
Proficiently configure and process ADP GlobalView, run and interpret system reports for payroll validation, and create SSLs with a good understanding of system interfaces such as SAP SuccessFactors and ADP.
Perform monthly payroll reconciliations (gross-to-net, tax, social security), validate funding files and statutory payments, and maintain internal controls for audit readiness.
Respond to employee payroll queries promptly and professionally; collaborate with P&O, Finance, and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain documentation for query resolution and compliance.
Ensure timely submission of statutory reports (ZUS, PIT, PFRON), support internal and external audits, and stay updated with changes in Polish payroll legislation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, HR, or a related field.
3+ years of payroll experience in Poland.
Advanced knowledge of Polish labor law and tax regulations.
Proficiency in ADP GlobalView or a similar system and MS Excel.
English and Polish language proficiency.

Compensation

Salary is based on job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Starting salary is around the market median on a monthly gross banding of 7234 – 13433 PLN. Annual performance‑based bonus of 10% is also included.
