Testronic is hiring an experienced HR Specialist for a broad 18-month fixed-term contract in Warsaw. The role covers HR administration, payroll accuracy, and turning HR data into actionable reports for managers. You’ll shape pay and benefits and streamline HR processes across the business.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams and partners to ensure compliance with labor laws, maintain personnel records, and drive HR analytics and reporting initiatives. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in HR operations and payroll.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR administration.
• Experience in compensation and benefits, including salary benchmarking.
• Excellent analytical skills and hands-on HR reporting/data analysis.
• Experience implementing or improving HR systems.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with reporting tools (Power BI is a strong advantage).
• Clear communication and the confidence to partner with managers.
• English at B2/C1 level or higher.

Responsabilités

• HR administration and payroll: ensure HR processes follow labor law, update policies as needed, collect and check payroll data, maintain records, support employees and managers on HR policies.
• HR data and reporting: track HR KPIs, build reports/analytics, consolidate data from HRIS, payroll, performance management, and surveys.
• Compensation and benefits: prepare salary recommendations, design bonus schemes, review and develop benefits programs.
• Improving how HR works: identify processes to simplify, support HR systems and digital projects, collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT and managers.
